We are aware that it is important for you that your personal data is handled with care. The personal data and information you disclose to us is used by T.ESS GmbH to process your orders, to deliver products and to handle payments.
What does T.ESS GmbH do with the personal data?
The personal data (e.g. address or any other data provided by you) is stored in our IT system primarily for the best possible processing of your order and provision of customer services.
Any contractual and delivery data required in this context is - where applicable - forwarded to service providers (including call centre, data centre, letter shop, printing shop, shipping companies). The service providers do not store the personal data for their own business purposes.
For the purpose of credit checks and creditworthiness monitoring, we exchange data with other credit service providers such as Schufa and/or infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstr. 99, 76532 Baden-Baden, Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG, P.O. Box 500 166, 22701 Hamburg. This is carried out on the basis of mathematical and statistical procedures using your address data. All creditworthiness checks are conducted in order to rule out problems regarding payment.

The T.ESS GmbH newsletter will be forwarded to the email address specified by you. Our newsletter will regularly inform you about news, special offers or other campaigns.
Your personal data collected for the forwarding of the newsletter will be stored by us solely for the purpose of providing the newsletter services. Your personal data will only be forwarded to service providers, who support us in the provision of the newsletter services (software providers & service agencies for the distribution of the newsletter).

Does T.ESS GmbH work with cookies?
